{"id":359,"date":"2005-12-15T16:18:25","date_gmt":"2005-12-15T21:18:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/homemaderavioli.com\/woodstock\/weblog\/?p=359"},"modified":"2005-12-15T16:18:25","modified_gmt":"2005-12-15T21:18:25","slug":"just-when-you-think-it-cant-get-any-worse","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.homemaderavioli.com\/woodstock\/weblog\/2005\/12\/just-when-you-think-it-cant-get-any-worse\/","title":{"rendered":"Just when you think it can&#8217;t get any worse"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hum&#8230;let&#8217;s see&#8230;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>He&#8217;s not mobile (the man&#8217;s been in bed for nearly a month).<\/li>\n<li>He had part of his brain removed less than 2 weeks ago.<\/li>\n<li>He hasn&#8217;t even been out of ICU for 24 hours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Yeah, turfing him to home sounds like a really good idea.<\/p>\n<p>Not only did the hospital give my aunt less than 24 hours to find a skilled nursing care facility (read: nursing home) for my uncle they tried to blame the move on the insurance company.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m so angry I&#8217;m surprised my hair isn&#8217;t on fire.
