I thought it was about time to do one of these. <\/p>\n

  1. I’m not much of a list maker.<\/li>\n
  2. I’m hell with an spreadsheet, though.<\/li>\n
  3. I’ve lived on another continent besides North America.<\/li>\n
  4. I’ll probably die in the same city in which I was born.<\/li>\n
  5. I’ve never lived alone.<\/li>\n
  6. I have regrets both of the “damn, I wish I’d done that” and “I really wish I hadn’t done that” kind.<\/li>\n
  7. They haunt me with equal regularity and power.<\/li>\n
  8. I’ve smoked exactly one cigarette in my life.<\/li>\n
  9. I was 7 years old when I did it.<\/li>\n
  10. I’m technically still a virgin. <\/li>\n
  11. Very little pisses me off more quickly than someone who spoils an event for the rest of the participants by being petulant.<\/li>\n
  12. I’m mostly decaffeinated. This is not by choice.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Coffee, caffeinated or otherwise, sometimes doesn’t like me.<\/li>\n
    2. I used to have a sweet tooth that would grab you by the shirt front and demand sugar or your life.<\/li>\n
    3. Portabello mushrooms really don’t like me.<\/li>\n
    4. I have a life-long fear that I will puncture my esophagus with an improperly chewed potato chip and die.<\/li>\n
    5. This has not stopped me from eating potato chips.<\/li>\n
    6. My first major in college was computer science because I wanted to design games.<\/li>\n
    7. I ended up with two degrees in film instead.<\/li>\n
    8. I am an INTJ<\/a> with strongly expressed INTP<\/a> tendencies.<\/li>\n
    9. I prefer dark chocolate to milk chocolate.<\/li>\n
    10. I have no idea what the phrase “follow your bliss” is supposed to mean but I strongly suspect that I’m not doing it.<\/li>\n
    11. I learned something when I read the book Eats, Shoots & Leaves<\/span>.<\/li>\n
    12. I don’t really much care for people as a group.<\/li>\n
    13. Despite this, I find myself fascinated by them.<\/li>\n
    14. Most of my friends live a hundred or more miles away.<\/li>\n
    15. I’ve only met 30% of them in person.<\/li>\n
    16. I don’t use the term friend capriciously.<\/li>\n
    17. I’d really like it if I didn’t have to wear glasses any more.<\/li>\n
    18. I’m half Italian and a quarter Irish. The other quarter depends on who you ask.<\/li>\n
    19. My first ancestor in this country was, effectively, a slave.<\/li>\n
    20. If I won the lottery I’d go right back to school to study all those things I didn’t have time for while I was busy getting my degrees.<\/li>\n
    21. I’ve always wanted to be able to draw.<\/li>\n
    22. I think the cell phone is the worst thing to happen to the urban dweller in the last 60 years.<\/li>\n
    23. I’d rather be poor and happy than rich and miserable.<\/li>\n
    24. I’m a news junkie.<\/li>\n
    25. Until recently my idea of a fancy meal at home was eating the canned soup out of a bowl instead of right out of the cooking pot.<\/li>\n
    26. If it involves flour, sugar, an oven, and other sundry ingredients, I’m all there.<\/li>\n
    27. I sewed my shirt to the pattern of my final project in the sewing unit in my seventh grade home-economics class.<\/li>\n
    28. I haven’t worn pajamas by choice since I was 12.<\/li>\n
    29. I’d go barefoot all the time if I could.<\/li>\n
    30. I’m keenly interested in the construction of gender.<\/li>\n
    31. I’ve had an e-mail address for 19 years.<\/li>\n
    32. I currently have ten.<\/li>\n
    33. I’m conflicted about the Oxford comma.<\/li>\n
    34. Blue is my favorite color.<\/li>\n
    35. I generally prefer black and white photos.<\/li>\n
    36. I question everyone’s motives, including my own.<\/li>\n
    37. I’ve never owned a new car, and probably never will.<\/li>\n
    38. I think Casablanca<\/span> is the best movie ever made.<\/li>\n
